The representative arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very thorough and discussed all of the issues with me personally. His report was in depth and detailed with photographs of each area where issues were found. The report listed which items were cosmetic concerns, which were more serious, and which were safety issues. The report was shared with me within 24 hours.

Not the fault of the inspector at all.. due to our inspector not feeling 100% he tried to avoid us as buyers and wasn't fully engaged. Still did the best that he could just wish he would have engaged with us a bit more. I'm betting if he felt 100% things would have been completely different and the score would have been a 10.. Again not faulting the inspector as he didn't plan to not feel the greatest. I do applaud him for still giving 100% on his inspection.
