My inspector Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough while doing my home inspection. He explained anything I didn't understand and guided me through everything allowing me to have my mind at ease. He categorized all the potential issues he found from minor to major and gave me a better understanding of what needs to be addressed first once our home closes to overtime repairs that were minor or just cosmetic. I've had to deal with inspectors in the past and I'll tell you he was very kind, had a passion behind him for his trade and he was always upfront and honest with it any issue he found. If I ever need another inspection or know anyone looking I will gladly recommend bloodhound to all my friends and family. Thank you for great service.

I was impressed with the whole process of this inspection. The inspector did not rush and took their time. When the inspection was complete, he took time to make sure to explain some item that he felt needed to be explained and left us with a clear understanding of what was found and what that meant.
