Blooma has been absolutely wonderful. I joined after moving from out of state around 20 weeks pregnant. The yoga classes are relaxing, healing and provide just the right amount of movement/exercise for a pre-natal body. More importantly, Blooma has provided me with a sense of community making me feel more confident that I will be able to survive the post partum period with the many people I have met through Blooma.
Taylor helped me so much! I had never been to a class and she made me feel comfortable and explained each position to me. She was patient and great at instructing different poses and why they are restorative and healing. I’m a runner and have two small children and have not taken good care of my body. I finally feel like I’ve found a place that can help with correcting issues and preventing further ones down the road. Thank you so much!
Friendly, non-judge mental environment. Teacher was very friendly and answered all questions, even when it was just because I missed what she said. I learned so much. Even though I am in the medical field, I learned way more to make me feel more comfortable doing this for myself.
It is a wonderful prenatal environment.
My only suggestion is if you could configure a room to be like a juice bar/cafe area to allow the members and attendees a place to hang around and get to know one another after class. That could really help to build up the feeling of community.
I always have a great time at these classes! The Prenatal yoga is a great time to be around other soon to be mom's for some time to relate and prepare together. I always feel more grounded and prepared when I leave class.
