I had some trouble the last time. They were suppose to come on the 18th bu they came on the 26th. He was to disconnect 1 line but he disconnected them all. I reported the problem. They sent another man out. He did what he had to & solved the problem.
1) Timely fill when promised.
2) Request to fill was placed after office was closed and Call was routed to another office. Refill order still got entered timely as if I had reached my home office directly.
The customer service here in Johns Island, SC is excellent. Both the lady in the back office and the technician that came to our home were professional and went above and beyond to be nice and courteous.
