I have no contact with Blue Flame since I moved into this house over two years ago. I have just recently received two bills; one, for a tank rental and one, for a refill of the tank (I think). But no contact and no explanation for the bills.
I appreciated the timely response with the storm coming.
My concern is your accuracy in billing. I received two billings after this fill up. One for the 22nd of August and the one for this fill up. Initial explanation on the 22nd was it originally got billed to someone else, they said it wasn't theirs and then the delivery guy said it was mine. That would mean we used 100 plus gallons in 20 days and we weren't even home for half that time. Lady researched it and did call back to say it wasn't ours. We confirmed that by looking at our security cameras showing no delivery that day.
Your paperwork needs to be more accurate.
