While doing some home renovations we had to call several companies to request a tech to visit the house for service. Blue flame to the request and had a tech at the house on the date and time requested. Not the case with some of the other companies that we contacted at the same time..
I have been a longstanding customer. Although I have a seasonal camp, I do keep heat in the basement. Blue Flame has provided reliable service over the years, including monitoring usage, gas delivery and service calls.
Customer service at the office was helpful, answered all my questions and worked with my schedule to set up the first delivery and leak test.
When Chad made the first delivery and did the leak test the rinnai in my new apartment would not start up, he was helpful and informative.
I called blue flame the next morning to schedule a tech to come out and look at the unit they were here within a few hours, for me up and running and were very pleasant.
All around good experience, I would recommend blue flame to anyone looking for a great customer service and knowledgeable techs.
I have good customer service I had a couple bad ones. I had a service call to deliver my gas and they did not deliver. Once this year once last year. Generally I dont have a problem if I have to call to adjust my bill they are good about that.
