Blue Haven installed our pool 3 years ago. Start to finish the process was smooth and very professional. Job was actually completed ahead of schedule. Blue havens service technicians after the fact have been very prompt and professional when they came out to change out a pool light after 3 years. Everyone is super nice! They respond quickly and their technicians are honest. We thought we had a leak and paid up front for leak detection (cheapest price in the area). Brandon discovered it was actually a valve and fixed it within the hour (left got the part and came back). We were refunded the full amount for the leak detection.

Dwayne Madden from Calm Waters has been very professional, timely, informative, and helpful while completing his work order on our filter that had a leak. He came out each time as he said, let me know the status of his work, and had to come out two more times, one due to the rain. He also gave me valuable information and assistance on a issue that we have with the wall that had to be built for the pool deck. Also, Cameron Woodard, our personal technician and pool maintenance person is a gem as well. His weekly visits are timely and professional. He lets us know about the products he has to add to the pool and he provides a picture of the pool once he has serviced it. I am extremely proud and satisfied of the service that I receive and I would definitely recommend both of these gentlemen to do work on your pool at your home or business.
