It’s all about the people. Lots of companies can build you a pool, not all of them will make the process a pleasure. Rick in sales, Morgan in selection, Tamara in making sure you get permits, inspections, and understand the process, and Jason who gets it done, were all fabulous. Even the after completion folks have been great. Five star experience from start to finish!!

Although the level of communication is a bit too frequent for me personally, I do like the automated notifications, particularly after service. I would prefer a text the day before/of and then the final report be only delivered in email without the standard text after service.
