Cecil was very flexible, allowing us to contribute organizational skills to the effort up front so that he could have as successful a sale as possible. I loved that he had the knowledge and experience to determine which items should go for consignment as opposed to being in the sale. At the end, the remaining items were donated to a local women's shelter and the Salvation Army, leaving the house in excellent shape.

Cecil was wonderful to work with. I was referred to Blue Moon Estate Sales by my Realtor. Cecil met us a few weeks before we decided to put our parents home on the market. He was communicative, reliable and made the process easy for us. He set a timeline that accommodated our schedule. A week before the sale, Cecil and his team came into the house and started pricing and staging the items that were for sale. The sale took place over the weekend. He sold the majority of the items the first day of the sale which netted us the most money. I would definitely use Blue Moon Estate Sales again in the future.
