Very professional: The team led by Kristine did exactly what they said they would do by the date committed. Customer Focused: They worked very well with the family to ensure we were aligned on any key decisions about sales of particular assets which was much appreciated. Efficient: Amazing by how they were able to organize, price, stage all of the estate items in such a quick turn-around time Knowledgeable: Kristine knows her business and clientele very well. She was able to provide us great guidance on items that would be important to keep in the sale to bring out big crowds and it worked out perfectly. Large crowds all 3 days!! Overall, with their help, we were able to turn a very difficult process both organizationally and emotionally into a very positive experience. Thanks so much to Kristine and her team! Kristine and her team recently assisted my family by hosting an estate sale for my parents’ large, two-story home with a detached garage and shed filled to the brim with “stuff”. It was a challenging project and located well outside Columbia. I could not have asked for a better experience with an estate sale company. BMES-Columbia provided best-in-class service with minimal assistance from the family. Kristine kept in touch daily about the progress of the sale, the fee structure was very transparent, and Kristine had a check for the proceeds to me within a week of the sale finalizing.

It would be impossible to count all the reasons why I would recommend Blue Moon Estate Sales. From the first walk-thru of our family’s property to the final wrap-up, Kristine’s team did an outstanding job. They were very professional, respectful, and trustworthy. The website advertising the sale was informative, beautifully laid out, and illustrative of exactly what was for sale. The family was asked not to visit the house once they started, which we abided by, having already removed the items we didn’t wish to sell. However, Kristine kept us updated and even sent video clips of the beautifully displayed items in each room. When it was over, the house was completely empty and we received a check. The amount charged for organizing, holding a 2-day sale, and cleaning out was fair, as was the percentages shared with Blue Moon from the proceeds. Blue Moon has a huge following! I highly recommend this company for any family that is going through the emotional process of cleaning out a loved one’s home.
