Dana Lerway and her team were the very best - professional, organized, efficient, and a true delight to work with. Dana sets the standard for excellence. She knows her business, has a wonderful personality, is an excellent communicator, and makes what could be an unpleasant process unfold flawlessly. When everything was all over, I told her that it was a bit sad to say goodbye. That happens when everything takes place just as promised but is accompanied by a kind of service that makes you feel like you are working with an old and trusted friend. As a former CEO, I believe that the human element in any transaction is as important as the services rendered. Dana’s warm and friendly leadership carried over to her whole team. Based on our experience I can recommend Blue Moon, especially under Dana’s leadership, without qualification s or reservations. My wife and I are grateful for a successful estate sale and the opportunity to be associated with such outstanding people.
