I am writing this review 4 weeks post sale and can honestly tell you I am so glad I choose Blue Moon as they accomplished in one weekend what would have taken me months to accomplish. Working with Blue Moon was a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Communication was excellent through the entire process (before, during and after the sale), and their team was excellent to work with. Melanie and her team were thorough and thoughtful in helping us part with our items, pricing items fairly to sell while getting us the most she could. They left no stone unturned and sold things we thought were unsaleable. I have to admit that the sale second day reduced pricing stung a bit at first, but in hindsight it was so nice to not have to deal with all of the steps to sell everything on our own and so worth it... one weekend and everything was gone except for a few small items. Using Blue Moon allowed me to use my time to concentrate on other things over the past 4 weeks, and the value of that is priceless! I highly recommend Blue Moon Estate Sales, that get a A+ from me!

As a seller, we were extremely pleased with the entire estate sale experience offered by blue moon Staff members were kind, respectful, responsive and professional. They made the process much easier for our family. Family members were not permitted to attend the sale, so I can’t personally comment on the setup or pricing, but we were satisfied with the proceeds from the sale. Cleanup was efficient and the property was left in reasonable condition. Overall, we felt that our property, our wishes and our personal belongings were treated with respect throughout the process. Their communication, organization, honesty and kindness made a potentially overwhelming process much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them to another family facing the same task.

I cannot praise the Blue Moon team enough. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care, every promise was kept, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. What could have been a stressful and taxing task was turned into a smooth, effortless experience. I truly have no complaints—only appreciation for the professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail shown throughout. If you are considering using this business, do not hesitate. The Blue Moon team is absolutely top shelf and I would highly recommend them.

We were so pleased with Blue Moon! The owner, Melanie, was very sympathetic with our urgency situation and was able to rearrange her already packed schedule in order to accommodate our sale! The photographer was amazing! Everything “clicked” into place and the great team arrived and sorted through and priced our items and arranged everything to appeal to the potential buyers as they entered our home. The team was also very good at communicating with us with any question, etc. Our sale was displayed on several internet sites besides Blue Moon, which brought more people to buy! After the sale, anything not sold was taken to a nonprofit organization, and the house was empty and clean. We are so grateful for the efficiency of the team! We highly recommend Blue Moon Estate Sales! Thank you so very much!

Blue Moon Estate Sales helped my family during a very difficult time as we worked to sell items from my mom and dad's home. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, and they made something emotional feel much easier to manage. Their team was incredibly organized, respectful, and efficient. What meant the most to me was seeing photos of people purchasing items that held so many memories---knowing those pieces were going to new homes where they would be appreciated truly meant a lot. I would highly recommend Blue Moon Estate Sales to anyone needing assistance with selling cherished family belongings. I had a great experience with Blue Moon Estate Sales. I had a 5,500 square foot house full of lots of items to sell. At our first meeting, Melanie clearly explained the items she thought would sell and those that would likely go unsold (upholstered furniture, piano, pool table). In the end, Melanie sold way more than I thought would sell, including the piano and the pool table. It was a great success and I highly recommend Melanie and her team.
