I had an outstanding experience with Blue Moon Estate Sales based in Scarsdale. I needed to sell nearly everything in my home as I downsized from two properties to one, which felt overwhelming at first. From my very first call with Eric, I knew I was in good hands. Eric and his associate, Jensey, were very responsive, organized, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They came to my apartment for an initial walkthrough, carefully reviewed everything, and clearly explained how the process would work. We scheduled a photography appointment, which was handled efficiently and thoughtfully. The online auction ran smoothly, and they kept me informed every step of the way, so I never felt out of the loop. Pickup day was especially impressive. Buyers had a four-hour window to collect their items, and the entire operation was seamless. It was structured, well managed, and completely stress-free for me. Selling the contents of a home can be emotional and complicated. Blue Moon made it simple, organized, and surprisingly easy. If I decide to sell my other home and relocate, I will absolutely use them again. I would confidently recommend Blue Moon to anyone in the Westchester area who needs estate sale services. Truly a great team and a great experience.

Eric and Jersey did an incredible job organizing, marketing and facilitating my estate sale. First of all, they were extremely communicative and clear about how the process would work. They were also very reliable and extremely respectful of my home and all of my belongings. We had a tremendous amount of furniture, housewares, decor, small appliances and art and they were meticulous about how they organized and priced each and every item making sure we would maximize what we made while ensuring the items would be sold. My understanding from friends who stopped by the estate sale is that it was very well run. It was both fair and well structured. I was appreciative of Eric and Jensey’s thoroughness in ensuring everything that was purchased was also picked up on a timely basis. They even helped out a buyer who struggled to remove a sofa from our home by bringing in their people to assist. It was so smoothly done that I have no feedback at all. We were so happy with the results. They sold just about everything of value! I would recommend them 10 times over!

I had a great experience working with Blue Moon Estate Sales. Jensey and his partner were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took care of everything—from photographing and listing my items to managing the online auction and coordinating pickup and shipping afterward. I especially appreciated how smoothly the entire process went, and how well they handled everything, including a coin collection and several large furniture pieces. Their communication was clear, and they really made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. I will be highly recommending them to anyone needing an estate sale or downsizing services.
