I’m not a biker but my son has fallen in love with Mtn Biking. I’m usually tasked with taking his bike in for repair or maintenance and walk in completely ignorant. The employees never seem put out or annoyed with my questions, it’s actually the opposite. They are always willing and ready to answer my questions and show me what I need to know or tell him. When we were ready to buy a new bike we didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive but to buy what fit. The biking community is amazing and those who serve them are too.
