I like the selection of high quality bikes, components, and apparel available in their stores. I was able to demo a top level MTB to ride local trails during my vacation, and buy gels and hydration mix. Also, I greatly appreciated the ability to pick up the demo bike from one store, and return it to a different store.

You helped me find a trainer that would fit my bike, ordered it, and then assembled it and made sure I could load my bike onto it safely and securely and operate it. I would have had great difficulty figuring out the assembly instructions on my own. Great service above and beyond. I'm very grateful. An e-bike is most likely in my future, so I'll be back.
