The store is has a nice selection of the essentials for the serious cyclist and an attractive array of new bicycles. The service is excellent. I am very happy with the repair and maintenance services. When I went recently for new bike shoes and cleats the sales person took the time to assemble the cleats to the shoes. I was very thankful for this help as I would have struggled to do this myself. The service was free of charge but I would have gladly paid for the time spent and the expertise.

Jip was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of our questions as we are new bikers and had no knowledge of products . She was super patient and accommodating. Some of the bikes we wanted to test they didn’t have in the store but she made sure they were there the next day for us to try. She even changed out seats to try as well. We would absolutely send any referrals to them . Ended up buying several bikes and and love them! Katharine Harsha

Curtis was a great service technician and company rep. He was quick to work with my bicycle repair need and the turnaround time was fantastic. Prices were fair and the quality of work was appreciated. My son was very happy with the changes and less worried about the repair he need he created after getting the bike back. Would definitely recommend them and always enjoy supporting a quality local business.

I was very pleased with the service received on my bike. I couldn't get a brake cable that had broken fully released from its carrier. I called Blue Ridge Cyclery, said I could come right in, and Curtis had the issue fixed as I waited. I had a replacement cable on hand, which he installed. So I was able to ride the bike again that afternoon. Couldn't be happier and the price was very reasonable!
