Curtis was a great service technician and company rep. He was quick to work with my bicycle repair need and the turnaround time was fantastic. Prices were fair and the quality of work was appreciated. My son was very happy with the changes and less worried about the repair he need he created after getting the bike back. Would definitely recommend them and always enjoy supporting a quality local business.

I was very pleased with the service received on my bike. I couldn't get a brake cable that had broken fully released from its carrier. I called Blue Ridge Cyclery, said I could come right in, and Curtis had the issue fixed as I waited. I had a replacement cable on hand, which he installed. So I was able to ride the bike again that afternoon. Couldn't be happier and the price was very reasonable!

I really love shopping at Blue Ridge Cyclery. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and you can tell they really care about the cycling community and their customers. They special ordered a helmet for me that took only one day to arrive (and it was also 40% off). If you're looking for a great bike store in the Charlottesville area look no further than BRC!

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I brought a bicycle tire to be fixed, and the technician knew almost immediately what needed to be done. I was there for maybe 10 minutes and was charged a very reasonable amount. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Blue Ridge Cyclery!

Not knowing anything about bikes, I decided to go into Blue Ridge Cyclery due to their excellent reputation around Charlottesville. I communicated our objectives with our bike and Brent was so knowledgeable, friendly and honest I immediately knew if I purchased our bikes there if I had any questions or needed any repairs that I would always have the support needed. I didn't hesitate to take his advice and make our purchases that day! Thanks, Brent!
