The service staff was incredible. They really thought about what could be causing the question I had about the trek e-bike computer display that another bike shop had ignored, and gave me good advice.

The young man who worked on my bike took a lot of time to inspect the tires, show me how to fix a flat for tubeless tires, and recommended cost-effective products to help me maintain the bike on my own. He was patient with a newbie like myself, and I left feeling much more confident about maintaining my bike. Thanks!
