So far, even though I've only had it for 2 days, I'm reallly happy with the Trek FX=1S all road bike, and I had a great experience buying it. Kim was engaging and helpful and clearly happy to be of service, not only with the bike but with selecting a helmet. I felt under no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated, but was given all the information I needed, and wanted, to make an informed decision, so when I made the decision it felt 100% right. This is the second Trek e-bike I've bought at Blue Ridge Cyclery, the first being 7 years ago, and even though the staff has changed, it was the same super pleasant experience.

The sales person (I didn’t catch his name-young guy, maybe MHS student?) was so helpful and genuine and enthusiastic. He assembled the bike rack for me even though it was tricky and tedious. He gave me his recommendation and supported my choice/purchase. He shared about good places to mountain bike and encouraged my son’s engagement in biking. Some people who are knowledgeable and passionate about a sport can be arrogant or condescending. Not this one. He is a gem. True customer service and why I shop local!

Really happy with the Cannondale Topstone. Researched a lot of options and that fit my criteria the best. Shoes I got recently also very happy with. Working with Jim downtown was the experience I wanted buying a bike, kind like riding a bike a fun adventure
