Blue Ridge Cyclery staff were very welcoming and helpful. They gave my husband and I careful instruction on how to operate the E-Bikes we were looking at and the ones we ended up purchasing. Your company has a good number of quality bikes to choose from and you were able to bring a bike in from another store or warehouse pretty promptly.

The shop was very helpful in assisting me. Had a crash and broke my brake lever. Had a race the next day. They were closing in 15 minutes but still work me in. Replaced both levers so my son could race the next day.
