My mom resides in the memory care unit as a result of her Alzheimer’s. Before she was diagnosed with dementia, I always thought that if a time came that she couldn’t take care of herself, I would take care of her. Unfortunately, due to having health issues myself, I am unable to take care of her. Honestly, just the thought of placing mom somewhere was almost unbearable for me. Luckily, my daughter discovered Bluegrass Senior Living and convinced me to place mom there. Placing her there was one of the hardest decision that I had ever made. It was a huge transition at first, but after a while, mom actually started thriving there. The staff there are excellent! They are very knowledgeable about dealing with issues that people who have dementia may possess. Without reservation, I highly recommend Bluegrass Senior Living.

Friendly staff, Beverly has been very kind to my mom and takes very good care of her. The other aides are also attentive. The nurses are also attentive to my moms needs.
