We love bringing our pups here for daycare. Dogs would come home tired after a long day of playing. It’s very convenient if you have errands to run or have to go work remotely and don’t want your pups to be bored at home. Will definitely be a frequent customer.

Thank you for honoring a discount promised last year. This was the 1st opportunity I had to bring Gladys in. She's a senior, getting in and out of the SUV is a chore for her, so minimal trips going forward. She did enjoy her visit there!

I love how friendly you are to dogs and to humans. My dog seems very comfortable with you and is always eager to get through that door to whatever fun there is back there. I also love your outdoor areas and that you have cameras on them -- fun to watch and reassuring in terms of being able to see the realities for our pets. I also like the B&B staff I've met and appreciate their care for our pets. I did rate at 9 rather than 10, mostly because the person who recommended B&B to me actually found another place after anti-seizure meds for their dog weren't given on more than one occasion when the dog was boarding. It doesn't hurt much if my dog's meds are missed when she's boarding (and in fact I often don't even provide them), but if it was something crucial like anti-seizure meds I might have to consider finding another place -- which for the reasons in the first paragraph I would grieve to do.

I've been using the exit bath which I like for the dog. The time I started using Boarding and Beyond I liked that we were able to drop the dog off on short notice after the place we were using said they didn't have a reservation (although I made one) and wouldn't take him. Also that place stopped letting the dogs outside due to the noise compaints from people that lived nearby and my dog was stressed being indoors all the time. Boardiing and Beyond doesn't have that issue because of it being situated in a business area near a highway. I've been using them for about the past 5 years now and will continue to in the future.

For us, the location is perfect. On the way to work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great options for our dog in terms of grooming services, one-on-one playtime options, and the video cams are a great way to check in on our pup to see that he is having a good time!
