Good outdoor space. Good location away from homes and near highway (last place I used stopped letting the dogs outside because of complaints). Took dog on short notice when another place didn't work out. Great exit baths. This is now my goto place for my dog.

Tali is a bread that most people are afraid of and needs someone who knows how to handle her. She was attacked by another dog, and I was afraid we would have problems with her interacting with others because of it. Your team understood this and was willing to work with her to be part of the activities there. Now she enjoys going and is happy when it is time to go home. I am just happy know she is in good hands while in day care.

Your flexible hours, last minute availability, the friendliness of your employees, and the fact that I don’t have to drag my dog through the door- she seems to enjoy being there! I also appreciate from watching the webcams how much your staff seems to genuinely enjoy being with the dogs. I appreciate that there is adequate supervision but also that they interact with the dogs and give them the love that they are missing from their owners while they’re away!

Friendly and excited greetings from the daycare team each morning really helps me maintain my trust to leave him in your care. Thank you for adding the outdoor tent and pools in the hot summer, I know it’s tough for dogs to regulate their heat and it’s been very hot during the day! I’m grateful for the quick responses and customer service it really goes a long way! Thank you so incredibly much!

Flexibility, friendly and accommodating staff, drop off and pick up times and being able to drop my dog off for daycare whenever I need to. Boarding and Beyond is very convenient. I do not feel like I am being nickeled and dimed. I know what the charge will be up front.

Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional team! They are pleasant to deal with, even though I know the work can be stressful. The facilities also seem to be clean and well apportioned for the number of dogs you take in. Finally, the grooming services are solid.

This doggy daycare is fabulous! I have used many over the past 20 years and their prices are very reasonable, their staff is top rate! Their communication is wonderful. Now to the good stuff… I feel very confident in the care of my fur child, they literally play classical music for them in the back holding area. I feel like my dog is very happy and loved and safe and then their hours of operation cannot be beat! I am a nurse who works 7 AM to 7 PM and their early hours and late pick up without extra fees is unheard of. I cannot recommend them more.

Shine has been coming to Boarding and Beyond for two years and he absolutely loves it. He wags his tail as soon as he realizes he's going there and jumps out of the car and heads straight for the door. Many of the staff members know him by name. The love they have for dogs shows and it gives us great comfort when we leave him for a period of time. Thank you for always being kind and taking good care of our Shine.
