Bob came prepared with the equipment and knowledge to preform a thorough and comprehensive assessment of our prospective new home. We found Bob to be a personable engaging individual who happily explained, the readings and results of his equipments findings throughout the inspection. Followed up by a concise and understandable written report at the inspections conclusion.
