I loved that the inspector walked me through the home and explained everything he was looking at to me, As the first time home buyer I was petrified of the process and what might be found when inspecting my home, the inspector helped keep me calm and again like I expressed explained every single thing to me so when I left the inspection I felt confident as a homeowner and was made very well aware of the small fixes. I needed to do in order to make it my dream home! The inspector was so thorough. With his inspection and explanations I had no doubt when I went home that evening that was the house I was purchasing! I would recommend niagara Peninsula, home inspections to anyone looking to have a home inspected, they went above and it couldn't be happier. Ps: Although I would have preferred a paper copy of the inspection, the digital inspection is quite easy to navigate and is very clearly labeled. Under each category.
