Very happy to explain everything in detail to my clients with examples of what to do and what not to do. Counseled them on maintenance to prevent heat loss, prevent vermin infestation, etc. Showed them how to change furnace filters, etc. Very thorough but fun and gave the facts without alarming my clients. Definitely on my list of Home Inspectors to recommend to my clients going forward.

Bob did a home and Wett for us on a home we are purchasing. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't make us feel like we were rushing through the inspection but took his time to thoroughly explain anything he found. In addition to the inspection he gave us many tips on energy usage/conservation. We were really happy with the inspection Bob did for us. We highly recommend him for anyone needing a home inspection and would absolutely use him again ourselves!

I have had other home inspectors but Bob Kish really cares. He makes sure you fully understand the issues and that you can make an informed decision when buying a house.
