Bob was very thorough in his inspection. He outlined all the things he found, outlined how to get them fixed correctly and how soon I should get it fixed. He not only did the inspection but also taught me about all the things Id need to know as a first time home owner and what to keep an eye on, and what I should replace sooner than later.

Having utilized many home inspection companies over the years, Bob Kish from Niagara Peninsula Home Inspection would be the ONLY ONE that we would contract again, or recommend to our friends and family. Bob came prepared with the equipment and knowledge to preform a thorough and comprehensive assessment of our prospective new home. We found Bob to be a personable engaging individual who happily explained, the readings and results of his equipments findings throughout the inspection. Followed up by a concise and understandable written report at the inspections conclusion. There are Plenty of time wasters and Big talkers in this industry Anyone looking for a Professional, would do well by asking for the services of Bob Kish through Niagara Peninsula Home Inspection .
