You all have a great selection of bikes! I worked with Michael, who is amazing and patient with customers. I am only 5 ft tall and have been looking for an electric bike for a long time. I couldn't reach the ground, except by tipping toward the left and touching with my toes. It just didn't feel safe to me and I thought I was going to have to get a kid's bike.
Thankfully, I found a 26" bike at Bob's Beach Bicycle that worked. Michael flipped the part that holds on the seat on and helped me find a comfortable seat that works on the bike. We also picked out a bike lock and something to hold my phone and he attached everything and put the code I wanted on the lock. He was so attentive and helpful and made final adjustments to the brakes before I picked it up. AND, he assures me they can fix anything into the future if something goes wrong.
I highly recommend this bike shop!

I've been a customer of yours for a number if years. This time I took my bike in to get the chain replaced and to adjust the rear derailleur. FOUR days later I was told the bike was ready. FOUR days! In the past this would take four hours or less. If the store was busy I was told that at the time and had the option to leave the bike or come back later. ALSO without my permission the store when ahead and did a tune-up in which there is an over $100.00 charge. I was told by the gentleman at the time I left the bike that the store would contact me if they felt there was any extra work to be done. There was no contact. I contested the extra charges and the store removed them. There is definitely a change at this store since Scott left. You can do better.

My husband and I have purchased bikes for ourselves, for our children, and for multiple grandchildren from Bobs bicycles. They have a wonderful selection, the prices are very reasonable, and the workmanship they provide is just remarkable.
There’s something to be said about people who actually love what they do and provide such wonderful follow up care after purchases have been made at their facility. We are so fortunate to have Bobs bicycles in our area.
