When I received my Bikes back from their servicing it was like they had been touched an Angel. They had a glow of 10,000 lights and performed better then when I had originally bought them. I had a problem with my rear tire losing air. The folks at Bob’s looked into it and discovered the problem. They kept it overnight to check the tire pressure before sending it back home with me. Nice to know that they took their time looking for the proper solution and that they didn’t want to send it home with me until they were sure that they had resolved the problem. Well done!

We flew in to do a triathlon with my team. We were nervous about renting bikes for a race ! But all the staff was great with answering our questions and helping fit us . I called numerous times and they were so helpful! Day of race I had a flat but they changed it out in 5 min. Definetly going to use them again next year ! We were impressed with their professionalism.
