Excellent service everyone who works there are very helpful and they complete repairs quickly. Ben is very knowledgeable about everything with bikes and explains & answers all questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Bob’s Bike Shop in Indian Harbor. I bought my Trek there and it’s the bike shop I would recommend for anything you need, hands down!

Variety of options / Sales assistance to determine "what" bike is the best purchase for each buyer / Opportunity to test ride each bike to confirm the correct decision / Ben's customer service and attention to the needs of each customer was the overwhelming decision to spend over $1200 for the purchase of two bikes that could have been purchased at Walmart for half the cost (although poorer quality bike but would have provided bike use on a seasonal basis) [NAME REMOVED]
