Shop staff are quick to recognize customers but not to the point of making them feel unwelcome to browse alone. Ben was very helpful once I made decisions on items I wanted, offering great advice.

I purchased a bike from you just about 5 years ago and had never ridden it. I brought in for service and even with the thought of purchasing a new one. Your staff was very professional and said that there was no need to purchase a new new bike because I had the perfect bike for my needs and use. All it needed was what you call a day at the spa. Your staff brought my bike back to new. I am going to begin riding it everyday and your staff at some great advice for me. So thank you to you all.

I needed a new inner tube for my grandson's ebike and they were currently out of stock, but will be back in stock later that day. They offered to call me when back in stock, which they did. I purchased the inner tube and I also purchased a better quality tire than the original. Great price, friendly service. Highly recommend!
