Customer service was excellent from the first phone call with Jeremy and follow up with Mike. Ordered a Kuat bike rack for our very heavy e Bikes they assembled rack for us and got it in on time for our travels to Maine. Mike gave us a hands on tutorial on how to put bike rack on F 150 and then place our bike on the rack. Excellent service all around thanks.

We brought my sons electric bike in and they took it in immediately and gave us a quote for how much it would be. I appreciate the kind service. Letting us know what was needed and even helping me load it back into the car when i picked it up because i was alone and didnt know how to fold it up and its very heavy for a small girl like me … will use them every time we need something for his bike as long as they can help
