From the minute I walked in, I was treated cordially and professionally. I had made a telephone inquiry regarding packing a bicycle for shipping, and when I arrived, I was attended to immediately. I purchased a couple of tools to reassemble the bicycle once shipped to my daughter and asked that they be packed in the same box. Staff suggested the cheapest carrier and offered to allow the bicycle to be picked up at the store if I just emailed the shipping label to them. I made a mistake on the original label, and emailed the shop over the weekend to make a correction. I received a reply in minutes assuring me it wouldn't be a problem. All the guys in the shop are genuine, friendly and patient; zero hard sell. It's been a minute since I experienced such exemplary service. Kudos to Jade, Mike and the rest of the staff. Highly recommended. PS- my daughter received the bike and is very pleased.

The staff was very responsive when trying to get my bike in for maintenance. After arriving they explained the process and followed up with a detailed email regarding all maintenance and repairs. They followed up with a solid timeline and stuck to it keeping me up to date throughout the entire process.
