The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any matter. The equipment in the Wellness Center is top of the line. Stephanie Sanon, the Director, is always around and willing to help anybody. The other programs they have for every aspect of the community are well conceived and well executed. They are an asset to the community they serve.

I love coming to the pool to swim, using the steam room and sauna. But I’d wish when the steam room is out of order it’s displayed multiple areas instead of the counter where you can barely see. Couple times I’ve come to use the pool and they have it closed due to classes. Without stating once arrival, it would be better communication for the staff to display times and dates when the pool will be closed for reasoning. Instead of having to check in get undressed and ready to go to pool. You see it’s closed for classes. It’s not stated online either so no communication there. I’d love for the lock room to be more private rather than children running in and out with parents being annoying. Also state what steam room cleaning times are.

I would recommend to a co-worker. Your location is near my work, not my home. I am just getting acquainted with the YMCA and have not yet found my groove. I would be better suited to answer these questions in a month or so. I haven't returned to either of the 4 different group classes I've taken, so those may not be right for me. I've been using the eGym but suspect the free weights may be better for me. I attended one senior lecture but didn't learn anything (though others did). Still finding my way. I have a single membership.

The sense of community is clearly felt from the staff to the programs offered. I go 4 to 5 times a week to take advantage of the EGym, aquatics program and the many classes available. 😊
