I love the challenge given at each and every class. The trainers are amazing at encouraging and listening at the same time. If there are things you want to try they will incorporate them into classes. If there are things that you struggle with they will give you alternate moves to do. Everything is there, all you need is a good attitude and the willingness to do.
I love the variety of workouts that BBD offers and the trainers are very in-tune with everyone’s individual abilities. They are always willing to help with correct form and show exercise modifications for those who are beginners or have physical limitations :)
