I love everything. The classes are a fantastic mix however I would like to see more barre classes. During the winter months having additional stretch classes during the week would also be great. Overall, it’s an amazing studio and I always look forward to coming in to this beautiful environment. Makes staying fit easy 💖

Johns yin yoga ‘calm’ class on Saturday was very therapeutic. So good to learn how to be calm again. His gentle instruction was warm and inviting. Thank you Body Ethos P.s your equipment/mats/blankets were very comfortable..

Beautiful studio for yoga & Pilates Ruby & staff are very welcoming. Great location. I really appreciated the opportunity to attend the studio & will consider attending classes again. Just due to chilly weather would prefer studio/heating setup to be more cosy/warmer. Instructor did put on the wall heaters during the class & blankets provided. Large studio/space & rather chilly for the relaxed yoga class attended. Thanks & kind regards, Sel

The variety of yoga (gentle, hatha, vinyasa) and the fact that I can do them all and Pilates in the one place. However, it would be great if you could take action with regards to the fairly high turnover of staff. The teachers are great and I think Body Ethos needs to do more to retain them.

Love the reformer because it allows me to really concentrate on my technique and form. Love that after 4 months no 2 classes are the same. There are some great instructors as well. Community is awesome too.
