The Pilates classes are amazing. I would give a higher score but I can't as every class I go to that has one or more men in it means that we all have to listen to the man/men breathing like they're in a gym.
This constant loud huffing takes focus away from my exercise experience and directs it towards someone who cannot understand that a shared environment means we all take responsibility for our conduct and take care to not negatively impact the experience of others.
Excellent instructors, very nice admin staff and convenient booking system.
Juliet, Jenn, Liz and Kathryn are very skilled instructors, and all make class challenging and fun. They are great at listening to you throughout the class and providing you with options to suit you.
Recent improvements at the studio, including introduction of jump boards, are very welcome.
Variety of class types and times. The instructors are great too.
I have always loved the style of the space upstairs. The colours and natural light of the whole studio make me feel calm and happy to be there.
I love that Kylie started with a small studio and has grown the business to where it is now.
I like the yoga classes (and Barre when I have time). Prefer consistent teachers. Miss Vicky on a Monday. Love Katy on Sunday. Jade is amazing on Friday. Marie on Saturday. Lisa is also good. Noise downstairs from reception is annoying.
Regular attendance at classes has a very noticeable positive impact on how my body feels and assists in overcoming / managing all of my pre-existing injury issues.
The staff at the studio are also all great.
The only negative point I could make is that some instructor's voices don't carry over the music in Barre classes which makes it really difficult to hear what they are saying.
Both my barre classes were great as I'm a first timer, Jen and Rachel were great at helping me and giving clear instructions and were very friendly and enthusiastic! Wish their classes would be on more consistently...love the space and feel very comfortable here. Thank you!
