Juggling a full-time job, a household, fitness and Type 1 Diabetes is hard work! HOWEVER Body20 ticks all the boxes for me - a present and engaged trainer, a 20 min POWER workout and an InBody that gives me insight into how my body is changing each week. I walk into the session feeling tired after the office day and 20 mins later, I walk out feeling like I have clocked my workout and I actually feel energised! Lebo and her team are LOVELY to deal with - I also convinced my husband to join :) thus, I am over the moon and loving our Body20 journey together.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. the studio is equipped with the equipment needed for a great workout. Each session I learn new things about my training regime and how my body performs and what it needs. thanks to the great advice and guidance from the trainers. Gino is my most consistent trainer and I love training with him because he explains everything as we go along during the session.
I already recommended it to a lot of other people. Some have even joined already. I just don't like that it's always a struggle to get a booking at my available times.
The friendly staff and the great work out routines which help me target my problem areas. I also appreciate the advice on foods to eat, apps to use and other valuable information.

Super effective indeed, all thats required is consistency in attending sessions and you shall see results.
Its quick and I can actually feel it working. I am still not sure if I will get the results that I want, but at 20 mins a week its worth a try. The main reason that I would recommend it is for the staff. The team is great (Claremont branch in Cape Town).

I'm not keen on high impact training and Body20 is perfect for this, providing an intense/targeted work out without the risk of straining your joints.
