While I didn’t elect to move forward with the service quote I received, my experience was great. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, friendly, and encouraging. Sam made me a quote regarding some upgrades to my bike and preceded to answer additional questions and fully explain why the cost was what it was. I appreciated the communication and info. I’ll definitely be back for parts and such.

The folks were very helpful and took the time to listen to our wants in a bike. They sized our bikes and let us take a test ride and made necessary adjustments to the bike to get it perfectly fitted for my wife and I. They did not try to upsell but were very willing to answer questions and make suggestions for accessories. A great experience all around. If you’re interested in a bike I highly recommend you check them out. They have a great selection and can order practically anything you want.

I love everything…. The staff are friendly. Knowledgeable…. Patient and attentive !!! I live in Florida most of the year…. But wait until I come back to Boone to address any bike needs…. Kian is awesome !

Vacationing in North Carolina and had a catastrophic kid bike failure so down to two bikes for three children. Not good. Decided to go ahead and get our oldest some a new bike since he had already outgrown the old one. Stopped by Boone Bike & Touring and they helped us find a perfect fit for him at a decent price. Super friendly and helpful staff. The store is really nice and well stocked. I recommend BB&T.

Stopped in with a loose wheel 10 mins before they closed. They tightened it up for me, no charge. Then my family and I did some shopping and they let us shop for 10 mins past close. Super friendly staff and very helpful.
