I love your services! You are careful to follow COVID guidelines. I appreciate your conscientiousness. While you have a vast inventory of wonderful bike needs, I appreciate that one is not bombarded by a sales spiel when one walks through the door. The staff listens, is knowledgeable and offers the appropriate tool, or item to meet our needs. You're friendly, intelligent and passionate about what you do. Your products are the best quality, too! We needed a bike rack immediately before heading home for break. We called maybe 10 minutes before the store was closing. There was no way we could make it to the store on time. The person on the phone took time to research the correct product for our vehicle, prepare the order, take payment and make arrangements for us to pick the item up after store hours. We were very grateful for all the effort.
Everyone did a great job in explaining the electric bike from how it works to the care of the bike. All were friendly and understanding of how I wanted to use the bike. Sean was familiar with Beech Mountain and understood that's where I would be riding, therefore knowing that the bike would be good for me. Our experience was positive and I've already told folks where I got the bike and explained it's good to spend the money locally. I highly recommend Boone Bike to anyone looking for an electric bike. I'm sure they are this way for all bikes.
We have been customers of Boone Bike for many years. We thank you for doing a quick tune up last week. Unfortunately one of the bikes had problems on the trail with the gears slipping. We will bring it in today for you to figure out why.

I recently had to old Specialized bikes serviced. The staff is great. They will not over sell to you. And will recommend what is needed and not try to push parts or services that would be wasteful. I would recommend Boone Bike to anyone.
