I have been shopping at Boone Bike since 2011 and have always been treated with 1st Class customer service! I have recently purchased some upgrades and accessories for my Fuel EX and they made recommendations that were the best match for this bike and my riding. Great team they have there! Bill Holman

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went to buy a new helmet and was helped by Sarah. She recommended me a new helmet within my price range and was the same brand as my previous. She also didn't tell me about the 10% student discount until I was checking out so I didn't feel like I should pick a more expensive helmet, which was very considerate. I went here rather than the closer option, Magic Cycles, after the latter made a serious error repairing my bike that could have gotten me severely injured. Definitely going here when I need new tires or anything else for my bike.

I found the perfect bike, exactly what I was looking for, at Boone Bike. Their customer service is exceptional. I was given personalized service that went well beyond expectation from the owners as well as all staff. They spent an enormous amount of time patiently helping me select and learn to use not only the bike itself but also a new bicycle rack. I highly recommend Boone Bike.

I found Shaw, a professional bike fitter to be very engaging, knowledgeable, and an excellent educator and communicator. It made my bike fit session extreme enjoyable, and I learnt a great deal from his tutelage and insightful comments and advice. Highly recommended.
