The bike mechanics are well knowledgeable on keeping your bike moving smoothly You can’t beat the service of a 24hour turnaround on a tune up. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you the minute you come through the door I definitely recommend you visiting them for any biking needs. I've had several of my bikes tuned up at the shop now over the past few years I've lived in Boone, and the service is always the best in town. Unlike other shops in the area, the staff is not pretentious, aloof, or unhelpful; I've always appreciated the warm greetings at the door, the dog, the feeling just in general throughout the shop, which has always been welcoming and curious about "how to help." Your shop is, by far, my preferred one in the region.
