The friendliness of the entire staff told my wife and I we would like it here. It is a large facility with plenty of inventory. They inspected our bikes an said they that they would be ready in 24 hours. The technicians know their business. No waiting on parts. The entire staff are professional, I highly recommend.

Boone Bike and Touring has a wonderful array of products and services. But the best thing about the store is the service itself. From the owners to the employees, everyone is knowledgeable, engaged, and interested in helping. I do not think I would ever go anywhere else. I recommend that everyone years Boone Bike and Touring whenever possible.

Always get great help when I come in to your shop! Forgot to ask the guys name working on Saturday, but he helped me find what I needed no problem, also had some good advice as well! Boone Bike and Touring are amazing... been coming here since 1993 (still own one of Shaw's old used Cannondale bikes he sold me when I was almost broke, made then, in the USA! :) But this time, I had just come off bilateral shoulder surgery and a care-giving role, so needed some maintenance, fine tuning and TLC repair on my 15 year old Moots gravel grinder (looking forward to getting back out on Globe Road, Virginia Creeper, Cove Creek, Bethel & Mountaindale soon!).
