Boone Bike and Touring are amazing... been coming here since 1993 (still own one of Shaw's old used Cannondale bikes he sold me when I was almost broke, made then, in the USA! :) But this time, I had just come off bilateral shoulder surgery and a care-giving role, so needed some maintenance, fine tuning and TLC repair on my 15 year old Moots gravel grinder (looking forward to getting back out on Globe Road, Virginia Creeper, Cove Creek, Bethel & Mountaindale soon!). Quick friendly service. I took my bike in for a tuneup. They discovered a couple of other problems so they did an a la carte service that ended up being slightly cheaper than the tuneup. Honest work. Glad I went there.

Team behind the pit wall really saved my bacon. Thanks folks! Came to the shop with a problem with a sticky front brake. Normal would be 24 hours to turn it around… fit it in and had me on my way in 3 hours. Support when you need it is the best it’s even better when extras are done for not too much coin. Thanks again! Service was top notch and super quick. The service request process online was easy and once in the shop meeting with one of the team was of great help, quick assessment of my bike with recommendations before going over price and turn around. Pricing was very reasonable, and the turn around was within a few hours. Really a great shop and group of folks! highly recommend them.
