This was my second time at Boone Bike & Touring, and the first time having work done on my bike: a tire change. Staff were very helpful and friendly as always, it only took about five minutes to choose new tubes and tires, and I was notified that it was completed and ready for pickup only 2 and 1/2 hours later, so I got it back the same day. I live on-campus but chose this shop because I had a very bad experience with Magic Cycles due to negligence on their part. Well worth the trip down the road.
