Staff were incredibly friendly and informative. My mountain bike has been sitting idle for quite some time and I took it to Boone Bike for repairs. The repairs were done lightning fast and the every facet of the service was reviewed with me beforehand. Great Bike Shop!

The guys were very helpful. They went to a lot of trouble to let me try out the Kuat bike rack that I chose. They even installed it for me and threw my old bike rack away for me! I highly recommend them!
