I really enjoy all the water classes. I can attend in the mornings, but some members may benefit from late afternoon or early evening classes. Also, if a mop was available in the ladies locker room, some of us would be happy to dry the floors between classes.
I love spin class with Kim on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Monday and Friday afternoons. She is amazing. We do need newer bikes, some are breaking down.
The one thing that bothers me the most is that the equipment is so close together. Its hard to work out with people next to me so close. I have to wait for them to do there's so I can do mine.
The other thing that bothers me is that in the afternoon all the high school kids come to work out. However, large groups of the just stand and talk blocking machines.
I love the classes especially but also all the state of the art equipment available! I've been concentrating on the classes and walking on the track mainly. I love the low impact water classes, as well as several of the ones in the studios. I've been spending 2 to 4 hours there daily on most days (depends on my work schedule), until a few days ago when I had surgery. It will be a few weeks until I'm cleared to resume, however I will be back before then to walk at the very least. I feel so much more energized when I come there, and I've met some really nice people as well.
