I like the walking track but I would like some bikes or steppers etc that you can use on the track. Another track I use has 4 of those set up around it .
I am a senior that has mobility issues. The pool is an excellent way for me to exercise. I love that I have 24 hour access in case I just want to come and walk the track on bad weather days.
My son is enjoying himself and truly likes to go to camp. I don’t have much interaction with staff, but they seem to keep things safe and running well.
Love the pool. Plenty of lanes to swim. Use the combination of the sauna, stretching and then various swimming stokes and styles to both exercise, stretch, and get my workout. I call it my complete yoga swim.
I love how you instilled survival skills by dropping off my kids in the middle of the woods for a week. Luckily, mine were some of the few that made it back and they are all the stronger for the experience. They survived by eating wild berries and being adopted by a pack of coyotes. They were a little feral upon their return, but they no longer complain about what's for dinner each night. So overall, I'd say that is a huge win! Valerie and team are the best!
I love the line dancing classes and actually would like to see some more offered. Also the yoga classes and the forever fit. I am a member of Daleville, but also attend Tanglewood sometimes for line dancing classes. I am thankful that the Y is near me, which makes it very convenient for me to attend also the trainer Eric Terry there is awesome
Kids being able to go swimming 2 times a week. Minimal screen time is so much better than other camps that allow them to bring their own. Also having similar age groups together versus 5-12 years old.
