flexibility of resources, coordination with medicare, quality of instructors, used by ordinary people -- from preschoolers to firefighters to seniors (flip side is the Y is not designed for uber athletes but welcomes all.)

The temperature of the pool is great, not too cold. Wide range of teachers, some more experienced with youth than others. They provide good introduction to the water without fear. Thank you.
