to decrease the class rates, cleanliness (every time I want to use the batghroom or shower I get disgusted; hair all over, people have not flushed, not clean), more air circulation in class

The energy in this studio is unmatched. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. On your first visit they set you up completely, do your wraps for you and even show you the punches before class starts. The loud music and dim lighting during class helps you to zone in and work. But my favorite thing about this studio is the welcoming, upbeat energy. I've been to other boxing studios where it's very intense, yelling at you or pushing you harder in an agressive way that takes the fun out of it None of that here, just uplifting and encouraging, which is what will keep me coming back.

Friendly staff! Mike was very welcoming and took the time to review the punches and wraps with me. He followed up after class as well to see how I liked it and said to feel free to ask for him if I ever have any questions!

Absolutely loved my first class so much that I bought an unlimited membership a couple days later (thinking of freezing my equinox membership too)! I cant get enough. Boxing can be a very intimidating sport to get into, but every employee is SO nice and welcoming I felt right at home the moment I stepped in. The workout is absolutely amazing! Perfect combination of cardio and training. Such a great workout that doesn't even feel like a workout. I'm in love. Keep it up!
