The staff is friendly and helpful. The classes are intimate upbeat and challenging. It is almost like a mini boot camp. Always a good time in Myles classes! He is professional always being attentive to make sure everyone's style and techniques are being perfected. Plus, I love the variety of music that helps me to push myself more each class!
