Great work out, great staff, The trainers are motivating, the classes are fun, the gym is clean and visually appealing and I always leave happier than when I walked in. I always recommend box union when someone wants a good work out and needs to release some stress. I love BU ❤️

I have recommended BoxUnion to several friends and coworkers. I love the instructors and the class format, it's the only group class I've taken where I genuinely feel like a badass when I step out of the door afterwards. The facilities are top notch, there's plenty of (secure) storage for belongings, and I never feel pressured to purchase merch, recruit new people, or increase my membership plan. It's just a total winner.
