Box Union has changed my life in the best way. Every staff member I have ever come across has been so helpful and so nice. Also, the workouts are some of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but also the most rewarding. I have gained so much strength and confidence and I just love the BU Family💕

I love Box Union! From the first class at experience at Sherman Oaks it’s just been consistently awesome and addicting. Shoutout Coach Celina who was the instructor for our first class and took us into the room before class to explain the punches and movements, show us our bag locations, and how the class runs. The class programming is challenging but so fun. I love and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the team of amazing coaches and employees who make it a home while encouraging your wins and milestones.

I LOVE being coached by Jan and Celina!! They are the absolute best at creating and supporting community. Cheyenne is so great to have at the front desk as well. Because I come in the mornings it’s nice to have some energy taking me into the class!
