When buying a house Brad listened to what I wanted and found it without sending me a bunch of houses to review that didn't include exactly what I requested. While offering expert advice, he never tried to steer me another direction or present other options try to change my mind just to make a sale. So I had him help me buy my second house. Same thing happened. A perfect job done well twice.
