As an 84 year old member of the Branch Crossing Y, I appreciate the simple facts of a) cleanliness, b) treadmills and bikes work - and if there's a problem with them, those problems are quickly identified and resolved and c) the friendliness of the staff.
Love the group classes! Especially fitness fusion with Cindy! The big gym really needs more medium-heavy weights though, 10-12lb weights would be great as they always run out so fast and not enough for everyone in class.
Instructors. They are very skilled, they know body kinetics well, and are very motivating.
One suggestion. The mat racks in studio A did not fit the mats. Hanging them is a problem.
