I love Melissa’s Line Dance class the best. Not only am I getting good exercise, but it is fun instead of feeling like work, so I’m more motivated to come often. I’ve made many friends through that class, and as a senior, it is good to concentrate on remembering the moves to each dance, and enjoying the music. That makes this class good for mind, body and soul!
I like the variety of classes offered.
There need to be more portable fans in the gym. It gets really hot in there during class. We also need more heavy dumbbells (12 lbs and up) in the gym.
They are good
I wish you could work on getting everybody that uses the gym equipment to not sit and be on the phones .
I have seen them on there phones up to 10 and 15 minutes between their reps
I like all the classes being offered and wish that Cindy Hartford will have a permanent slot for a yoga class. Right now she is only subbing. Also if you could provide more supervision to the teenagers who stay in the women’s locker room every weekday afternoon. They are loud and often play inside with their volleyballs inside the locker room.
