Brandee is on top of her game! She had the condo ready to go in a day and I received a full price cash offer within 24 hours of the condo being on the market. She is always available for questions and knows the business inside and out. To make things even better she is very a very pleasant and professional person that is still down to earth! Her assistant Ginger is extremely diligent, sweet, and knowledgeable and always available. I would highly recommend Brandee to anyone that wants to have the most honest and professional approach to selling their property.

Brandee is a wonderful real estate agent. My fiancé and I have little background and familiarity in real estate. As we looked to navigate the home buying process, Brandee was patient, kind, and empathetic to our situation and concerns. She was level-headed and offered valuable insight both in moments that we sought specific guidance, along with accurately reading our current state and providing her expert opinion in just the right amount as to not sway us too strongly in one direction or another. She gave us the space we needed to work through our processes while also being readily available to help us take the next step. She was quickly able to provide answers to questions that we had throughout our process, and maybe more importantly, offered guidance to questions that we didn't know we needed answers to in a highly constructive manner. From a selling prospective for my condo, Brandee staged my condo magnificently! Had I known she was that talented, I may have asked her to decorate years ago! She reimagined the space in a different layout than I had ever considered, and I'm convinced that made it appealing to prospective buyers. Similar to the buying process, she was readily available to help in anyway imaginable. Overall, for the first time buying a home with my future wife and navigating my first time home sale, we couldn't have asked for a better human to lead us through that. Brandee did an outstanding job for us selling our home. She took care of everything including getting the home ready, staging, contractors for minor maintenance, preparing the profile and so on. I can’t speak highly enough about her relentless effort to get everything going and finally moving towards the finish line. There wasn’t an obstacle that she didn’t take care of. She responded immediately and found solutions. We had to sell while being outside the country so you can imagine there is more work on the realtor than normal. She handled this extremely well. We highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home!
