Everyone was so kind and helpful. They all seemed happy being there and working for the best outcome of the animals. Knowledgeable, friendly, all good, no bad.
Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. The dogs were healthy, happy and well cared after. The dogs I adopted was (and still is) being treated for an upper respiratory infection. I received detailed medical records, some food and an option for vetinary care.
I've been looking for a dog for a while, and
mostly, all of my interactions with BVSPCA have been positive. The people have been caring and helpful in my search for a dog. The only problem that I had was when I emailed asking if a specific dog was still available, and if she was, I'd drive from Dover to Christiana to see her. The email response was that she was still available, and then the email noted the hours the facility was open on Saturday (the next day, when I was coming up). When I got there, around 1-1:30, I was told she'd been moved to the Georgetown facility, about an hour before I got there. Still not sure why she was moved when I said that I'd be coming to see her.
They were very understanding and gave me time with my dog after his passing I always use SPCA I tell everyone about my experience I love what you do for the animals and for the ones that have to be put down
The staff was patient and compassionate. The dover campus were exceptionally accommodating and diligent throughout the adoption and care of our newest addition.
Friendly & welcoming staff who have a genuine love & enthusiasm for the animals; comprehensive adoption package, including free follow-up wellness check; adoption events that reduce or eliminate the adoption fees; nearby location of the Dover facility on Horsepond Road; the cleanliness and good atmosphere at the Dover facility.
