The staff was so nice! Allowed us as m7ch time as we needed to bond with our newest member. Never felt rushed or intrusive. Answered any questions we had to the best of their ability. We couldn't be happier with our newest addition. We are so in love with our Ben.

Adoption, a smooth process, All questions & or concerns answered. Brandywine desk personel professional & courteous.. Adoption fees waived for me due to my Vet status, I chose to donate $25.00 . I walked out of Brandyine with the Cat of my choice.. 5 yr old, male,mixed breed short, name BIRCH.. I am totaly satisfied with my choice, NO medical Issues.. Birch is currently in the adjustment phase.. Birch is quick learner both Physicaly,Emotionaly,& Environmently .. ty very much .. john j williams

Everyone so so nice and caring. I can’t say enough amazing things about your organization. I adopted a dog, who absolutely hated my other dog and had to return her. I was not only sad, but I felt like a failure. I called the number and they made me feel ok. I mean I fell in love with that dog as soon as I saw her, she just didn’t work out. I have an amazing respect for your organization. I will try again.

I am extremely pleased with the Brandywine SPCA. These are an amazing group of people who dedicate their lives to help these sweet animals get a second chance. There is nothing bad to be said, especially since so many of these people are doing volunteer work out of the kindness of their heart. And it's not easy. It's extremely upsetting I'm sure.. but I am so thrilled with the quality of care and promptness showed by the SPCA and all of their staff. My panic and worry was almost instantly eased by the emergency staff member who received my initial phone call after adopting my cat. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can't say enough good things. 🩷

I’ve been in desperate need for a companion. I have all my Shepard who passed aways stuff and kept it for some reason, and when I heard about the event I held onto the money because even though I couldn’t afford hundreds of dollars, someone told me just to go and I’d it was meant to be I would come home with someone. I got the friend I’ve always wanted and I’m more than in love. I always keep them in better shape than me, but I think this one is going to save me.

I had an exceptional experience with the staff. my adoption went exceptionally smoothly, and when I called to find out if the dog was still available, I was met on the phone by cheerful assistant, who emailed me to check and see if I had been up to meet the dog and found out that I had adopted you shaggy who was a favorite at the Brandywine Valley SPCA. I received a follow up phone call two weeks later to check in on the dogs progress and was able to have a free first visit to the doctor and found shaggy to be in good health. I would recommend an adoption to anyone looking for a best friend

Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. The dogs were healthy, happy and well cared after. The dogs I adopted was (and still is) being treated for an upper respiratory infection. I received detailed medical records, some food and an option for vetinary care.
