Vets and vet techs in the back are professional, informative and always on point. The front desk crew however are the complete opposite. Not very engaging, does not even greet anyone that walks through the door. Barely looks up from whatever they are doing when you're speaking to them. The odd thing is, its not just one of them, it's allll of them with that same vibe. And then my last appointment a couple of weeks ago there was a young lady I've never seen before, thin, very long wavy curly hair, she was absolutely miserable! The way she spoke to the woman ahead of me, it was like she was angry about life. Anyway, when I was finished with my visit and she was checking me out she only deducted one not both of the deposit fees ($55 each) from my bill- I have two dogs. I noticed it, had come back from my car to get it corrected, but nope it couldn't be done. She gave me the nastiest look, zero apologies for her mistake- if it was even a mistake at all on her end. Seems she's upset I caught the mistake she made, and now its my fault. Apparently I should be getting a refund check mail to me in two weeks for her mistake. Again, no apologies, she didn't even look at me as she was telling me this information. The look of disgust and pure misery on this lady's face, the negative energy pouring from her sad, miserable soul did not go undetected in the entire front deak area! I am still waiting for my refund, and as we all know trying to get ahold of this office is impossible. Someone please call me and let me know if and when I'll get my money back.

I liked the veterinarian who performed the surgery. I spoke with her before and after. I was also impressed with the staff and their professionalism and the care they provide my pup and the follow-up. I knew I was in good hands.
