I was very pleased with my first visit to BVSPCA for veterinary services for my cat Joey. The veterinarian was very thorough and the techs were efficient. Everyone was very warm and caring. Staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean. I would have liked to have the paperwork head of time so I could have completed it versus the length of time to checkin 8 dogs/puppies. Would have like a copy of the document validating the spay/neuter to accompany dogs when adopted. Also liked that I received a call that the dogs/puppies were finished ahead of time so I could pick them up earlier
