Getting a spay appointment for my dog that was two days later was helpful. When I came to pick up my dog after the surgery there was a delay. The staff kept me updated about my dogs status.

It was very easy to schedule with Brandywine Valley SPCA, and then upon arrival, the process was smooth getting my dog checked in for his neuter. They called me right away when his procedure was done and then again it was a smooth and clear process for the check-out.

Timely manner and reminders of appointments

Low cost Empathetic veterinarian and attendants Cleanliness You never try to upsell extra services The veterinarian was proactive; looked for not easily spotted infections or issues associated with a stray… And found one

The SPCA Georgetown staff always are so loving, caring, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! The vet tech was so reassuring and did wonderful with my dog, handling her like she was her own! She was so kind and explained all of the prices and worked with my budget for preventatives. I’m so thankful for the SPCA and all they do to help me take the best care of my fur babies!

Very easy process to drop off and pick up! I do however wish that there was more info explained at the end. The younger girl who was working was so sweet and eager to make sure I was ready to go. The older girl though was a bit rude and not very friendly when we asked questions.

New Castle, Pennsylvania
The caring and professionalism of the staff. And the cleanliness of the facility. I also loved how they put extra towels in my cats carriers to ensure their comfort after their spay surgeries.

It's easy to get an appointment, and the Dr. Ridgely is very kind, along with all of the support staff. The front desk associate and the techs are always friendly.

I was experiencing so much anxiety about getting my 4 feral cats to The Good Shepherd Cat sanctuary. I called Wendy who gave me Lynn’s number. Lynn got 3 traps for me to borrow and she came to my home and I helped her get the cats into the traps to take to the Vet for updated vaccines. I could never have done that without her. She is coming back to help me get the cats into the traps again to deliver to the Cat Sanctuary. She’s an angel. I will follow up with her to help with fostering when I get my cats settled. Bob’s Organization helped me years ago and Wendy was my phone support when I was new to the TNR organization. Brandywine is the best SPCA!

Lucky (formerly Simba) was a stray that was turned in and they neutered him and gave him shots. Also shaved his coat that was badly matted.
