Love the location and the staff! My dogs have presented with conditions I’d never had with my other pets (anxiety and hot spots!) and I was out of my depth. The desk staff were kind and helpful, and the vet and tech discussed causes and options for care. I left feeling better about the care I give my girls, which makes all three of us happy. I’m also on a fixed income, and the staff don’t skip a beat when I ask about costs in advance of treatment. I want to do what’s best for my girls, and also have to keep a close eye on our budget. Would love to be the person who just rolls with the charges, but since I’m not, it’s good to be in a place that shows compassion and understanding. A little information in advance helps me be better prepared and get help if/when we need it.

Devon was very nice and caring. I was in traffic she had another opening and everything went well. Only thing the two African-Americans at the front desk was not friendly at all, but not smile and when I would say something, it’s like they wouldn’t answer back unless they had to. That’s the only thing I can say the rest of the people were friendly.
