The adoption was easy. The representatives answered my questions and explained the process thoroughly. When I left, my dog had already been neutered, and an identification chip had been inserted. Shortly after I received my dog tags in the mail. I scheduled my dogs first examination at the clinic next-door and am very pleased with their services and with my new fur baby.
The staff was helpful and the technician named Katie went above and beyond to assist with my dogs because I am dealing with a disability. She did not have to, but she chose to help.
Myers experience at Brandywine Valley Spca. Everybody was so professional so kind so courtesy I would recommend you to anybody thank you and God bless you.
I appreciated that the person who checked us out gave us feedback on our cats and really cared. The whole staff was approachable and also seemed to care and like their jobs.
We came in because our cat Luna had been getting sick for several days and her stomach was swollen. The staff was incredibly kind and caring, and they treated Luna with so much compassion. They took the time to explain everything to both me and my 16-year-old daughter, who is very deeply connected to our cat.
It was very easy to trust our vet and the staff because they truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle. You can tell this team really cares about the animals. They gave us a lot of helpful information and never rushed us while answering our questions, which meant a lot during such a stressful visit.
Thankfully, they were able to diagnose and treat Luna. Even though she currently hates her “cone of shame,” she is making a full recovery and is eagerly waiting for the day she can go back to sunning herself on the porch.
Thank you to this amazing team. We are so grateful!
The Dr and staff. They ancillary staff need to be paid more in order to eliminate unnecessary additional visits. It’s just a way to put cost to clients. Just charge upfront and pay staff 🤷🏽♀️
