Everyone at BVSPCA was incredibly helpful and kind. I’m a first time foster and dog owner, so Sandra and the front desk were great to work with. When it’s time for me to adopt my 2nd dog, I’m definitely coming back! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

The staff was amazing. I was greeted warmly by Ms. Tanasha and she quickly asked her teammates to bring Kermit to the visitation room. Ms. Kalynn and Ms. September were super prompt and very helpful. We took a walk through the kennel area and they showed me a few standout pups. We arrived at Kermit’s suite and he enthusiastically greeted us. I took a seat in the visitation room and soon was cuddling with the adorable Kermit. September and Kalynn went over some information in a thorough manner and soon it was back to Ms. Tanasha for the adoption paperwork. I completed forms as requested and they were quickly processed. After more information was provided, Kermit and I were on the road. I cannot praise my interactions with all staff enough. I cannot believe Ms. Kalynn is a newer employee. The vets, Tanasha and September were great representatives of the organization. I am very pleased with my entire experience, by the way Kermit says, “Hi”!
