Mack, was amazing. She helped us see the dogs we wanted to see, and recommended Expo. Which was a perfect fit. The entire experience was great, from the ladies at the front desk, to the care and compassion that every employee we interacted with had for each and every animal. I only wish we had more room for all the amazing dogs we had a chance to meet. Thanks for all you help Mack.

Very friendly staff. They answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was nice, polite and helpful. I would like a copy of the picture taken of kodi and myself when I adopted her. She needs some training but nothing serious. Even though it’s only been 24 hours she’s starting to become more comfortable and relaxed. She, however, picks up on stress very quickly and gets excited but it’ll calm down soon when she gets more comfortable at home. Last but not least, we’ve changed her name to Dakota. And she’s been receptive of her new name though she doesn’t always respond to it yet.
