My kids were able to visit and play with kittens several times before we were ready to adopt. This experience of "just looking" was accepted at BVSPCA and that made it much easier to return when we were ready to adopt.
Everything was great except for the vet they sent us to to get him neutered. There was a lady with purple hair who was extremely rude made a big fuss and said we were late which was by 2 minutes.. will never be returning to this vet again!
I enjoyed how kind-hearted and informative everyone was. No one made the processed feel rushed or forced. While the process may have taken a bit of a time it was worth the wait
the enthusiasm of Joanne and Walter.
being informed on all the way to be in service.
being able to give the animals love and hope.
i already referred two people and they have signed up!
The staff were so friendly, I felt like the cat’s meow! The place was cozy, the purrs were plentiful, and I left happier—and slightly more covered in fur—than when I came in. Paws-itively purrfect!
I love the friendly staff that was at the PetSmart in Plymouth meeting
The staff at the Westchester location seemed a little overworked, underappreciated and overwhelmed.
I do appreciate how easy the process was. We are a big fan of adopting animals.
What I liked the most about brandywine valley spca was the amount of volunteers. It was so nice seeing so many dogs being walked and having families there, volunteering. Knowing that these dogs are seeing children, and if indeed safe being walked by them really helped us as we were looking for a family dog. These staff that helped us we're knowledgeable about the dogs and a thing to, you know about the dog. They were able to get the information right away. There wasn't long wait once we found our dog. They helped the adoption process. Move nice and smoothly without having to wait hours for our turn to be processed. The shelter was clean and pleasant looking. It overall was just a very good experience.
