Service is fast and reliable and I trust you guys not to rip me off. You don't laugh at me when I come in with a stupid issue. Like the time I couldn't fix my own flat because I couldn't get the tire off the rim. Oh sure...when I left I'm sure everybody had a good laugh at my expense but when I was there nobody let out one giggle. Thank you for that.

I own two different types of bikes and get each serviced regularly. I always get thoughtful advice on how to maintain them with regard to the specific way I ride each. Finally, I appreciate how the team is willing to accommodate my schedule when I bring a bike in for major part replacement. Commuting by bicycle has become a real pleasure thanks to the guys at Breakaway.

I find it super convenient that since I bought my bike here, I can bring it in for regular, often almost free tune-ups. The staff has always been super helpful, chill and friendly.
