Brian is very knowledgeable on what he does. By far, It has been the best agent, I have worked with. While some agents limit they work to open the door and state the obvious, Brian does a very thorough walk through with you pointing out important things to consider about the house. From damages and potential cost to repair, to details about the neighborhood and the builder. He is very knowledgeable explaining at a high level cause of cracks, electrical or foundation concerns, etc. Finally, Brian will give you space and not push you to purchase a house. No pressure. He really seeks for your interests and his fee is not the priority, like with some other agents.

Brian has been a fantastic real estate agent for us and is a gem of a human being. He went above and beyond to help us buy and sell our house- even completing housework when we were out of town to make sure it would show as best as possible. Brian’s long experience in the area was evident as he continually displayed an impressive depth of knowledge about local real estate. Attention to detail is Brian’s strong suit, but not only reserved for real estate. He always remembered many small details about our family which made us really feel special. His guidance and hard work paid off as we sold for over asking price in an uncertain market. I can’t imagine using anyone else and I recommend Brian without any reservations!

Not only does Brian know the ins and outs about taxes and ordinances in most metro Detroit cities, he know construction, too. He looks for drainage, grading, settling, remodeling potential, and design ideas on every home we looked at. Brian is a closer and we will never buy another home in Michigan without his guidance.
