The service dept was extremely flexible in helping me get my bike fixed within some time constraints. They listened, offered options and went out of their way to get the work done. I wish I could remember the service person's name but he went above and beyond to get me back on the road (trail). Thank you!

Service: I dont feel rushed when I am there. Sometimes there is a wait, but I dont mind. I know that when it is my turn I will have their full attention and they wont rush me. I like that they dont try to up sell me, or try to sway me to the most expensive thing. I like that they give all options, from affordable to higher end. I love they are willing to look things up and have no problem ordering things. Their timeline for repair is always accurate. EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Really appreciate their knowledge, given I am still quite a novice to biking and bikes. They treat me nicely, again, even though I am a novice. They are patient with me and explain things without hurry and explain things clearly. So, overall: the knowledge and the non-rushed attention when it's my turn is just so very nice. I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me. They have helped me twice now and so very much appreciate them! lastly: thank you SO much for your Sunday hours. I really appreciate that.

One of the main things about this business I truly appreciate, is there experience professionally to do a great job, thorough look over job. You won't leave to have fun on your bike after they are done working on it, because they make sure out of concern for your safety, all has been addressed. Appreciate that Alot! Prices are very reasonable and wonderful group of mechanics. Great place. Thanks for all your help fixing my bike!!!
