Very friendly, very welcoming. Helped my son with a seat issue on his bike, then very patiently helped him with just the right helmet. VERY GOOD QUALITY OF BIKE AND GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE. THE STAFF MEMBERS I PERSONALLY MET WITH WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR CONDUCT, i.e. HELPED ME WITH MY SELECTION OF ACCESSORIES, DOWN PAYMENT, DELAYED DELIVERY DATE, FINAL DELIVERY TO HOME, ETC.
