I was looking to buy a valve stem core tool, and the shelf was empty. An employee was able to find one in back and texted me. I was able to pick it up without an additional trip into town.

I took my bike in o. Sunday and it was ready on Monday. No one true to upsell me, they just gave it to me straight and I ended up buying one level up anyways. I appreciate that.

The service was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in not know much about mountain biking and got a while crash course and recommendations. Also, on a customer service side, I had my 4 year old daughter with me and they got her crayons and a coloring sheet which allowed us to talk about the bikes. They were excellent. Got a customer for life.

Lucas was great. He was not a pushy salesman, he listened to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. He fitted my wife for her bike that best suited her stature. He even placed our new tailgate cover bike rack to my truck!

I love that you have a space for kiddos to play while I shopped for my new bike! The shop was super busy when we were there and a service tech got me set up to test ride and then buy my bike. Then we asked about trails around town and he was able to give us the run down since we just moved back to the area. So helpful and kind!
