Products are good. Purchased a TREK electric bike last year and I'm very happy with it. Although calling the store is a problem. I called today no one answered the phone and went to voice mail. Left my name and number. It's been all day and no one ever called me back.

I have always been satisfied with the customer service. And the knowledge that Brick Wheels employees seem to always have on my bikes. Yesterday, I took my bikes in for annual service; I assumed I’d have to wait and come back days later. They helped me on the spot with no appointment. Unexpected, and wonderful.
