Matt went above and beyond getting my wife and I set up on the perfect bikes. Complete with a custom fit! All the staff was super helpful and accommodating. We love our new bikes and can't wait to start our next cycling adventure. It all started with going to Brick Wheels! We cannot recommend enough! They are amazing!

I bought my wife a new bicycle and within a few city blocks we determined that she would not be able to continue with her current saddle due to its being too tall for her. It was a Sunday afternoon ride, so I was concerned that we would not be able to finish up unless a bike shop was open. Fortunately, we landed at Brick Wheels right off the TART trail. I was approached immediately by a service representative and explain the situation and he sent me where I needed to go. We picked out a new saddle for her and went to the service desk. Chris was on it right away and was able to provision a proper replacement and attached the new saddle to it right away. He also offered to keep the stock one for us to pick up at a later time for convenience. Very friendly and personable and it was awesome that they were open on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended!
