I was in a car wreck and my bike was hit. Brickyard professionals did a full service on my bike and kept me updated. The Brickyard team is so professional, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. What a great place to buy a bike and great service on your bike after your purchase. There is no better bike shop around!

I like that the mechanic took the time and figure it out what my problem was. My very weird and out at date bike would not shift in the higher gears and he figured it out. Your mechanic was very knowledgeable and seemed to be very excited about his work. That's rare in this day and age. I'm grateful for you guys

Very professional. They specified what was wrong and what they were going to do. They were specific on how long it was going to take. Great attitude and took the time to look over my product and break things down. Didn't try to rush information just to take my product in and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary item or service. Love how they were willing to converse eventhough they were busy. Was referred to by a friend and worth the 40 minute drive. All in all, very satisfied.

Contacted Henry by telephone to inquire about spinning shoes for my wife. Arrived at the shop later, same day and was graciously assisted by Henry. Got the needed equipment and even checked out a mountain bike for myself! Appreciate the shop, and good people like Henry who make things better!

Staff were awesome! Stayed open late after I broke my bike on the hill. Dudes stayed and fixed it completely! Great mechanics with well stocked parts and hitech tools for today’s hitech bikes. I can’t afford most of the bikes in the store but would go way out of my way to get my bike worked on here for both, the expertise and the company!
