After a few surgeries and other procedures I can attest that BO East provides excellent services. The staff at all levels from front desk to surgeons are professional and kind. Moreover, they are genuine and down to earth, which put me at ease every time. And I think the longest I've ever sat in the waiting room was 5 minutes. A tight run ship!
