I am here in Bozeman only for the summer, and I was only able to fit in a few PT sessions. Josh gave me a program of exercises to do and walked me through them carefully, then reviewed them at my next session, so that I can get going with PT until I can get back home. He was very thorough and supportive.

Every time I go everyone is so polite, informative and willing to help in any way possible, the staff greets me by my name and my surgeon always communicates with me about the actual situation and doesn’t sugarcoat my progress. The physical therapists are awesome!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The therapists are great, friendly, and know their stuff. The doctor I saw was very professional and went extremely well considering he ended up having to fix more that what the MRI showed. They're usually quite busy, but that's to be expected when the word gets around about a high quality place.

People know me and are helpful with issues that arise. The only criticism I have is that it’s often difficult to reach people and I have to speak to the scheduling team only to leave a message and wait for a return call. I left a message 5 days ago and have yet to hear back on that concern, which is not good. That was a voicemail on the medical equipment line.
