Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, it's refreshing to have medical staff actually listen to patients making it so much more comfortable to ask questions.
Nice people, nice atmosphere (always good for motivation and healing) and really really helpful, knowledgable, and flexible therapists. Especially, a shout-out to Rachel Moore.
Jennifer Smith, my physical therapist, has done amazing things to help relieve my recent neck and back pain. In the past, she has helped me recover from knee replacement and a broken arm. Neither of those areas give me any problems since recovery. Her massage therapy, dry needling, and follow up exercises at home have been a combination for success, as well as her positive and professional personality!
Jen Smith not only pays attention to my physician’s diagnosis and his suggestions, but also seeks my specific concerns. Mrs. Smith is professional and personable. The therapy sessions at her office and the exercises she recommends for me to proceed with at home give me hope for healing.

Bridger Orthopedic East Therapy has a very friendly and competent team of physical therapists. I have had therapy for both shoulder and hips over the past several years and have always benefited from their care. Home exercises are printed out appointments are easily made at convenient times. What I particularly appreciated was the honesty showed to me when further treatment was no longer necessary, they told me so and cancelled several future appointments with the invitation to reschedule them if I felt the need in the future. Their emphasis is on necessary medical care and not on the money.
