Facilities are nice and new. Equipment very impressive. The staff are respectful and cheerful. The physician was informative, candid and most of all, listened to me.
I think the dr’s are great! I know I can depend on them. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful and positive. It is obvious they enjoy their jobs.
I like the PA, Kara very much. She Explains the condition of my knees and is very pleasant. The reception is very nice as well as Sam an assistant. Everyone is considerate, friendly, and professional.
Kara, the PA that reviewed my MRI was very knowledgeable explaining clearly the images. She
listed to my concerns and understood how I wanted to continue my active lifestyle. She advised a two step approach moving forward, which I agreed to. Kara was a professional in every aspect.
When I have an apt at a certain time I get into see the physician within minutes of that specific time.
It’s a pleasant change from other practices.
I also love Kara Haskell she’s very professional, personable and thorough while still getting you in and out in a timely manner.
The front desk staff is also always very pleasant, they are genuinely pleased to see each and every person and get you checked in quickly!
Everyone there is super helpful and kind. Questions and needs get resolved quickly. I like how there are PTAs and PTs being trained/mentored. It shows that your staff is not only highly qualified to practice, but teach as well. What keeps me coming back to Bridger is the people.
Here’s some feedback/areas of improvement:
Re-paint the parking lot. Parking is pretty tight, especially for people with movement difficulties
Booking appointments through the app isn’t easy. Also, accessing MyHealth/visit notes through the app isn’t available.
Also, scheduling PT over the phone or on-line isn’t easy.
The nurse I saw for mls laser treatment was super knowledgeable and described everything perfectly. I wish I remembered her name because I’d give her a shout out. She was fantastic.
