The attentive and kind service from everyone, from front desk to PA Assistant to PA himself. Appreciated time PA took to explain my injury, to outline recovery steps, including leg brace, PT and recovery timeline. Would definitely recommend BO and will return for any and all orthopedic problems.

From walking in the front door to dealing with the doctor, it was just overall a very pleasant experience! The ladies upfront were super helpful, nice and caring about all of my billing questions and needs, and the doctor was fun and engaging with my almost 6 year old who came in for a cast on a fractured wrist.

I was late for my appointment by 15 minutes. I had waited three months to get my second round of Cortisone/Steroid injections in my knees. I was told they were not sure if they could get me in since I was late. After asking several times if they could please try, they did. I was a little surprised that being 15 minutes late could have meant I was sent away but I was very grateful I got my shots after all.
