Great people to deal with on all aspects of cycling. We have bought Treks and accessories over the years and trust their recommendations. My only complaint is that when you bring in a bike/trike/cycle for repairs you do not get a statement of work performed only a total owed.

Seven Bikes Later and Still Coming Back I just picked up my seventh bike from Brielle Cyclery since 2013, which probably says everything on its own. What keeps me coming back is not just the quality of the bikes, but the level of service and knowledge behind every purchase. They take the time to understand what you actually need, not just what is sitting on the floor, and guide you in a way that feels honest and thoughtful. What really stands out though is what happens after you walk out the door. Their support over the years has been just as strong as day one. Whether it is tuning, adjustments, or just questions that come up along the way, they are always there and always willing to help. That kind of long term service is hard to find and makes a huge difference. Buying a bike is one thing, but having a place you trust for years after is something else entirely. That is why I keep going back.

I dropped my bike off to be serviced. Staff was super friendly and clearly explained the 3 types of packages they offer . Pricing and time for when the bike would be ready was perfect. I took the second package offered. My bike looks and feels better than brand new.

I drove out from Staten Island as this was the only store to be carrying the Trek Dual Sport in the color I wanted. All around great service. I came 15 minute before closing and they gave me a smooth checkout. Even fixed some sticky brakes on the bike and adjusting the seat height. Everyone I spoke to made sure I had anything I needed before leaving and informed me on what I would need for my bike moving forward. Even brining my attention to a well know shop over on Staten Island that would be able to help service the bike. Just amazing considering they still had to do their closing task and were so friendly. Spectacular crew. 100% Will be recommending to friends and making my way back.
