i love your service and pricing, but a possible suggestion: i know you are in a busy season, mid summer, but i dropped my bike off and it took a week to get it looked at. Wondering if you would consider providing preferential treatment for your frequent and large purchase customers. Maybe move them up in the line, provide updates every so many days when you have a bike in for service. i followed up twice. Dont get me wrong, the bike was repaired, the price was fair and you provided an out of the box solution, these are just suggestions that would provide better service for high volume and larger purchase customers. Thanks again,

Took bike in Sunday afternoon knowing there were no mechanics. Having a rear derailair problem. They fixed it first thing Monday morning and I had the bike back by 11am! Service doesn’t get any better than that.

Did a good job on bar tape, chain, brakes and tune-up. And pretty quickly, too. (Though I have to say that my chain came off twice during my long ride (76 miles) this weekend.)

This bike shop is wonderful!!! Keep reading about how they saved the day! We ordered an Electra Bike Basket for our daughters bike online to pick up at a local store(About an hour away in fancy 30a). Got there and they refused to honor the sale price that we had already purchased online for store pickup. This was after I had already called them to verify that they would honor the price. They had apparently changed their mind bc they said they paid more for that color. So we didn't want to support them and their ways so came home, looked online for other bike shops and found yours! You honored the Electra sales price, packaged the basket beautifully so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping, and we couldn't be more happy! We will look at your shop in the future as well! Thank you so much for making my daughters birthday so extra special!
