I recently brought my bike in for service and had a fantastic experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. The turnaround time was quicker then expected, and when I picked it up, they took the time to adjust everything for a much more comfortable ride. It honestly feels like I have a brand new bike! Couldn't recommend them more!

I was looking for a bike and Brielle always has a large selection and availability. When I went to the store Kathy helped me decide which bike and what basket would work. The experience was great and I’m very happy with my bike. I’ve always found Brielle’s owners and employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped convert my fat bike into a beach cruiser. Not all parts were able to fit from manufacturer but with their skills, they were able to modify the fit. Would recommend them to all cyclist.

Digger and Wes were awesome to work with. They took the time to explain the bikes and fit me perfectly, with no sales pressure. When I went to pick the bike up Clarence fitted me on my bike and took time explaining everything about the bike and answered all my questions. What an amazing experience ! If you’re in the market for a new bike, or thinking about upgrading, this is the place to go. They’ve certainly gained my trust & business.
