You have a great selection. The service was not very good but the products were great. We went in the morning and got great service. We had a bike picked out for my daughter and we came back in the afternoon with her and three people working behind the counter and nobody came to help us. We asked for help and even then they came out and answered a question and went right back behind the counter. We finally had to be more aggressive and ask if someone could please stay with us to answer questions. My daughter who is 6 loves her bike and the accessories but I wish we were given just a little attention from the staff.

First and foremost, we liked the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Allison Lee. She took the time to help my grandson find the best fitting helmet while the tech staff prepped his new bike. Addiionally, she demonstrated how to safely get off his new bike. We were in an out in minutes!
