I feel the quality of your bikes are extremely good. Your service is wonderful and you spend a lot of time talking about the issues with the bike and listening to our concerns. This was our first time there. We had come to purchase an SE bike for my son’s birthday that we couldn’t find anywhere else. I had called the day before to confirm they had it. I spoke to the manager Alison who was super friendly. We out a deposit on the bike and picked it up the next day. When we got there, the bike was ask ready to go. We got to meet Allison who was awesome in helping my son pick out a new helmet and go over the bike with him. I would highly recommend them!

Great selection of bikes and outstanding customer service. I went in looking for a bike for my son, and the sales representative immediately understood what I needed. They showed me several great options (about six), took the time to explain the differences, and helped me choose the right one with confidence. I also added a few extra accessories, which they installed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was purchasing a bike for my 8 year old granddaughter. The staff took the time to make sure she was in the right size bike with the features she wanted. Everyone was pleasant and eager to please. I will definitely return when we are ready for the next size bike.
