I immediately detected very friendly and authentic customer service. Unlike far too many businesses today, the folks at Broadway Bicycles made it clearly apparent that they were grateful I had chosen them over their competitors. The work on my bike was expertly performed in a timely fashion, and no attempt was made to sell me unneeded goods or services. I will definitely be a return customer!

Tim and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that no one tried to sell me a bicycle that I don’t need for my first bike. I got exactly what I need without spending too much money and they helped walk me through how everything works.

This was the first time I've delt with Broadway Bicycles. I came in needing some advice on what bicycle would best suit my needs. I spoke to Brain who worked to advise me on what type of bicycle would be best for me. Brian took his time listening to me and showing me different bikes they had on the showroom floor. He then referred me to the Trekbikes.com webpage letting me know that I could expand my search using their webpage. He told me that anything I'd like to purchase could be sent to their store and set up for me to ride by them. Following his advice, I made a selection using the Trek Bike webpage. It just so happened that the bike I selected was in stock at Broadway Bicycle. It was in storage and had not yet been assembled. I called the store and had the bike reserved in my name. The next day I went in to pay for the bike after adding several items, I wanted to be added to the bike. Brain assisted me and advised me while selecting these items. He went to work completing the assembly of the bike and I was able to pick my new bike up the same day and ride it home just hours later. I was very satisfied with the whole process of purchasing a bike at Broadway Bicycles and would without hesitation refer the shop to other people for their bicycle hobby needs.
