I’ve always experienced great service at Broadway Bicycles. They set up my Trek Rail 7 beautifully 2 years ago and it continues to be awesome. I’ve had right hand thumb/wrist tendon issues for some time. I called and talked to Kyle 2 weeks ago regarding my problem. He recommended a SRAM AXS derailleur that could be set up for left hand shifting. It works beautifully and my right thumb/wrist feel great! Thank you Kyle and Broadway Bicycles!

They were amazing at finding out what was the cause of my electronic shifting. Another trek shop said mt electric shifting as fine… WRONG…. Broadway bikes kept trying to solve the issue! They were fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem!!! The best!! Friendly patient and knowledgeable! Highly satisfied and recommend them!
